PillTrack Terms of Use
Last updated: 19 October 2026
These terms apply to the PillTrack app by Horus Studios. By using the app you agree to them. The Apple Standard EULA (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies to App Store downloads.
1. Not medical advice
PillTrack is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not recommend doses or changes to treatment. Leaflet answers summarise label text and may be incomplete or differ from the leaflet in your country. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. In an emergency call your local emergency number.
2. Reminders can fail
Alarms and notifications depend on your device, operating system settings, battery, permissions and, for Family alerts, an internet connection on both devices. Do not rely on PillTrack as the only safeguard for medicines where a missed or extra dose could cause harm.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering schedules as prescribed, checking scanned information before saving, and having permission from anyone whose information you add or share.
4. Subscriptions
PillTrack Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your store account settings. Prices may vary by country.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Family sharing feature, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the service.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PillTrack is provided "as is" and Horus Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including those arising from a missed, delayed or incorrect reminder.
