    Antique Collect — Terms of Use

    These terms cover your use of the Antique Collect app, made by Horus Studios (Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş.). By using Antique Collect you agree to them.

    1. What Antique Collect is, and is not

    Antique Collect identifies antiques, vintage items and collectibles from photographs and produces a report with an estimated maker and period, condition grade, rarity, notable features, reproduction-risk indicators, a reference value range, care advice and a plain-language verdict.

    Every figure in a report is an estimate produced by an AI model from a photograph. It is not a certified or written appraisal for insurance, probate, tax or sale purposes, not an authentication, and not an offer to buy or sell. Reference values are drawn from recent market data and can be wrong, out of date, or inapplicable to your specific piece. Only a qualified appraiser who handles the object can certify its attribution, condition or authenticity, and only a buyer can set its price.

    Do not make financial decisions — buying, selling, insuring, melting, cleaning or submitting for grading — on the basis of an Antique Collect report alone. The responsibility for those decisions is yours.

    2. No account

    Antique Collect does not require an account. Your identity in the app is an anonymous session tied to this device. If you delete the app's data, reset the device, or switch phones, your scans and single-report credits do not transfer; subscriptions restore through your Apple ID.

    3. Purchases and subscriptions

    • Single appraisal: a one-time purchase that unlocks the full report for one scanned piece, permanently, on this device session.
    • Antique Collect Pro: an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly) that unlocks every report, unlimited questions to the assistant and the Pro guides for as long as it is active. There is no free trial.
    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
    • Prices are shown in the App Store's currency for your region before you confirm.

    4. Acceptable use

    Photograph only objects you own or are allowed to photograph. Do not upload images of people, identity documents or anything that is not an object you want identified. Do not use the app to misrepresent a piece to a buyer, to pass off a reproduction as a period piece, or to evade any law. Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the service.

    5. Content

    The guides, reports, images and software in the app belong to Horus Studios or its licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep the rights to the photographs you upload and grant us the licence needed to process, store and display them for you.

    Share cards you create may be posted publicly; they carry the Antique Collect name and the estimate the app produced at the time. We are not responsible for how others interpret a shared estimate.

    6. Availability and changes

    The service depends on third-party AI models, hosting and app-store infrastructure. It may be unavailable, slow, or changed at any time. We may add, change or remove features, pricing and content. We will try to give notice of material changes in the app.

    7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

    The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Horus Studios disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app or reliance on a report, including losses from buying, selling, insuring or valuing antiques or collectibles. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

    8. Termination

    You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data from Profile. We may suspend access for misuse. Sections 1, 5, 7 and 9 survive termination.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
