    Terms of Use

    These Terms of Use govern your use of the Zenit mobile application ("App"), published by Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş. ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

    1. Who can use Zenit

    You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live.

    2. What Zenit is

    Zenit computes astrological charts from birth data and provides daily horoscopes, chart analyses, compatibility readings, dream interpretations and coffee-cup readings. Written readings are generated by artificial intelligence.

    For reflection and entertainment only. Astrology, dream interpretation and coffee-cup reading are interpretive traditions. Nothing in the App is a prediction, a statement of fact about you or anyone else, or medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Do not make important decisions on the basis of a reading. AI-generated text can be inaccurate or incomplete.

    3. Your content

    You keep ownership of what you enter — names, birth data, dream descriptions, recordings and photographs. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the reading you asked for, as described in our Privacy Policy. Only add another person's birth data or name with their agreement, and do not submit anything unlawful or that you have no right to share.

    4. Subscriptions and purchases

    • Zenit offers auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions, and single readings bought one at a time. Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your store's currency.
    • A subscription includes the full daily reading, the week ahead, the full chart and up to seven dream, cup, partner or other-person readings per week; the weekly allowance resets every Monday and unused readings do not carry over.
    • A single reading can be used for one dream, cup, day or partner reading and does not expire. A reading that fails to be written is returned automatically.
    • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
    • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
    • From time to time the App may show a one-time discounted offer; its price and terms are shown before you buy.
    • Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

    5. Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, attempts to break its security, or use for unlawful, harassing or discriminatory purposes.

    6. Intellectual property

    The App, its design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial use.

    7. Disclaimer and liability

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or for decisions made on the basis of readings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

    8. Termination

    You can stop using the App at any time and delete all your data from it. We may suspend access if these Terms are seriously breached.

    9. Apple App Store terms

    If you downloaded Zenit from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, is not responsible for claims relating to the App (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims), and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Your use must also comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

    10. Changes and governing law

    We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
