Refund Policy
Zenit | Last updated: 25 September 2026
All Zenit purchases — subscriptions and single readings — are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The store processes the payment, so refunds are decided and paid by the store under its own policy. This page explains how to ask, and how we can help.
Apple App Store
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose the Zenit purchase and select "Request a refund". Apple usually answers within 48 hours.
Google Play
Within 48 hours of a purchase you can request a refund directly in Google Play (Account → Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history, or on play.google.com). After 48 hours, write to us at hello@horusstudios.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.) and we will review the request.
What we do ourselves
- Failed readings are returned automatically. If a dream, cup, partner or other paid reading cannot be written, the reading it would have used is given back to you in the app, without asking.
- Billing mistakes. If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or a purchase did not unlock, write to us and we will help you get it put right with the store.
- Cancelling. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Cancel in your Apple ID settings or in Google Play → Subscriptions — deleting the app does not cancel.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under consumer law where you live. In the EU and UK, the store's checkout asks you to agree that digital content starts immediately, which affects the 14-day withdrawal right; the stores' refund processes above still apply.
