1. The short version
Zenit casts your birth chart and writes astrology readings, dream interpretations and coffee-cup readings for you. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. Your chart is computed on your phone. What leaves it is listed below, and you can delete all of it from the app at any time.
Zenit is published by Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş., Altıntepe Mh. İstasyon Yolu Sk. No:3/1, Maltepe, İstanbul, Türkiye ("we"), which is the data controller.
2. What stays on your phone
Your dreams, your cup readings, the written readings you receive, your daily streak, your settings and the scheduled morning reminders are kept on your device only. We never receive a copy of your dreams or your readings.
3. What we store on our servers
There is no sign-up. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous identifier for this device. We store, against that identifier only:
- The charts you save — for each person: the name you type, the birth date, the birth time if you gave one, the birthplace you chose (its name, coordinates and time zone), and whether that chart is you. This is how your charts come back on this device.
- A record of readings used — an identifier, the kind of reading and the week, so the weekly allowance and single readings you bought are counted correctly. It does not contain the reading itself.
Our servers are provided by Supabase and hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted to your own anonymous identifier.
When you choose a birthplace, its coordinates are sent to our server once to look up the time zone, which makes the chart accurate. Place search itself is done by your phone's system service (Apple Maps on iOS, Google on Android) under their privacy policies.
4. Written readings and our AI provider
The longer written readings, dream interpretation and coffee-cup reading are written by an AI model. Nothing is sent until you allow it in the app, and you can withdraw that permission in Settings at any time; withdrawing stops future requests but cannot unsend earlier ones.
When you ask for a reading, our server sends our AI provider eachlabs, which runs Google's Gemini models, only what that reading needs:
- the first names of the people in the reading, as you typed them;
- the positions in their charts (signs, degrees, houses) and the aspects the app computed, today's date and sky, and for the full-chart reading your age in years;
- for a dream: the text you typed, or a recording of you describing it, which is transcribed and then deleted;
- for a coffee cup: the photographs of the cup and the saucer, used for that reading only.
We do not send your birth date, birth time, birthplace, device identifiers, location or contacts. Requests are processed to produce the reading and are not stored on our servers; photographs and recordings are never stored by us. Under its terms, eachlabs does not retain the content after the request and does not use it to train models. This provider may process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on standard contractual clauses.
5. Purchases
Subscriptions and single readings are paid through Apple's App Store or Google Play; we never see your card details. Adapty keeps the state of your purchases (which plan is active, which single readings you bought) against your anonymous identifier so they unlock on this device. Zenit does not collect the advertising identifier on iOS or Android.
6. Tracking, ads and analytics
Zenit shows no advertising and contains no advertising, analytics or attribution SDK. It does not track you across apps or websites, does not read the advertising identifier, and does not ask for App Tracking Transparency permission because it has no use for it. If this ever changes, we will update this page and our App Store and Google Play declarations before the change reaches the app.
7. Permissions
- Camera and photos — only to photograph or choose your coffee cup and saucer.
- Microphone — only to record you describing a dream, if you choose to speak it.
- Notifications — only for the optional morning reading, which is written on your device from your own chart.
8. How long we keep data, and deleting it
We keep your saved charts and reading records until you delete them. In the app, You → Delete all my data and people (also in Settings) removes every chart, person, dream, cup and reading from your device and from our servers. Deleting a single chart removes it everywhere. If the network fails during deletion, the app retries the next time it opens.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Because there is no account, the app is the fastest way to do this; you can also write to us at hello@horusstudios.com and we will answer within 30 days. You may complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu).
Legal bases: performing our contract with you (storing your charts, providing readings you bought), your consent (sending content to our AI provider, notifications), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
10. Children
Zenit is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the app, write to us and we will delete the data.
11. Changes
If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top, and material changes will be shown in the app.
