Card Collect — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Card Collect you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What Card Collect is
Card Collect identifies trading cards from photographs, shows market reference prices from public catalogues, tracks a collection, and produces an AI-generated "Grade Report" (an estimated grade, graded value estimates, a grading recommendation, an authenticity read and related commentary).
2. Prices and grades are estimates
Market prices are reference figures from TCGplayer and Cardmarket, obtained through TCGdex, Scryfall, YGOPRODeck and Lorcast, and may be hours or days old. They are not an offer to buy or sell and not a guarantee of what any card will fetch.
A Grade Report is produced by an AI model from your photograph. It is an estimate for information and entertainment. It is not a grade, not an authentication, not a professional appraisal and not financial advice. Only a grading company issues a grade; only an authenticator can confirm a card is genuine; hidden wear, trimming and surface damage may not be visible in a photograph. Do not buy, sell, submit for grading or insure a card on the basis of a Grade Report alone.
3. Purchases
- Grade Report (one-time): unlocks the Grade Report for one scanned card, permanently, on the device/anonymous identity that bought it.
- Card Collect Pro (weekly or yearly subscription): unlimited Grade Reports and questions while the subscription is active, plus price alerts, full price history, exports and unlimited scans.
- There is no free trial. Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
- Report credits and subscriptions are tied to the anonymous identity on your device; subscriptions can be restored on another device signed into the same Apple ID with "Restore purchases". One-time credits cannot be transferred.
4. Fair use
Scanning is rate-limited (per hour and, on the free tier, per day) to keep the service available. Do not use automated tools against the service, attempt to extract the full report without unlocking it, or resell the service.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your photographs. You grant us a licence to store and process them to provide the service. Do not upload photographs you have no right to use.
6. Intellectual property
Card names, artwork, logos and set names belong to their owners (The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, Bandai and others). Card Collect is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them, nor by PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC or TAG. Card data is used under the terms of the public catalogues listed above.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features, prices or the service, and update these terms. Continued use after a change means acceptance. If a paid feature is removed, Apple's refund rules apply.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses from buying, selling, trading, grading or insuring cards in reliance on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
Turkish law applies; consumers keep the protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of Istanbul unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
