    Terms of Use

    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Dreamsky mobile application (the "App"), published by Horus Teknoloji ve Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş. ("Horus Studios", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (https://horusstudios.com/products/dreamsky/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

    1. Who can use Dreamsky

    You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to accept these Terms where you live. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian should review these Terms with you, and must agree to any purchase.

    2. What Dreamsky is

    Dreamsky casts your birth chart on your phone and shows daily and weekly astrological analysis: where the planets are, which sign each is in and when it entered and will leave, transits, aspects, eclipses, retrogrades and sign horoscopes. Each analysis is given first for four areas of life, Work, Love, Family and Health, followed by the detail. Dreamsky also offers a comparison of two charts, a dream journal with readings drawn from named interpretive traditions, letters to open on a later date, a calendar, Sky Sound, reminders, a widget and a Live Activity.

    3. Interpretation and reflection, not fact or advice

    Astrology and dream interpretation are interpretive traditions. Dreamsky offers them as a way to reflect on your days, your relationships and your nights.

    • A reading is an interpretation. It does not tell you what will happen, and it is not a statement of fact about you or anyone else. Astronomical positions in the App are calculated with care; what they are said to mean is interpretation, and we make no claim that any reading is accurate or will come true.
    • The Health area is about general wellbeing: energy, rest, routine, stress and pace. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose anything, and it must not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional. If you are worried about your health, or about someone else's, speak to a professional; in an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
    • Nothing in the App is psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions about your health, money, work, relationships or safety on the basis of a reading.
    • Dream readings summarise how named traditions have read images like the ones in your dream. These summaries are interpretive and are not scholarly or religious authority.

    4. AI-written readings

    The written readings (your day, your week, your chart report, readings for other people, the two-chart comparison, dream readings and the shared sky texts) are generated by artificial intelligence provided by a third party, through our servers. Spoken dreams are turned into text by AI, and Listen turns a reading into speech with AI.

    • AI-generated text can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive or unexpected, and it is not reviewed by a person before you see it.
    • The AI features that use your chart or your words ask for your consent first, as described in the Privacy Policy, and you can withdraw it in Settings. The rest of the App works without them.
    • If a reading is offensive or troubling, tell us at hello@horusstudios.com.

    5. Your content

    You keep ownership of what you enter: names, birth details, dreams, notes, letters and recordings. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

    Only add another person's name and birth details with their agreement, and only share an invitation link (which contains your own birth details) with people you want to have them. Do not submit anything unlawful, or anything you have no right to share.

    6. Subscriptions and purchases

    What is free. The chart, the four-area analysis the App composes on your phone, the current sky and its alignments, the sign horoscopes, the calendar, the shared daily sky text, the journal, letters and reminders.

    Subscriptions. Dreamsky offers auto-renewing weekly and yearly subscriptions. A subscription includes your written day, your written week, your written chart report, the weekly written sign horoscope, Listen, and up to
    seven further readings a week between them: dream readings, readings of another person's day, week or chart, and two-chart comparisons. The weekly allowance resets every Monday (UTC); unused readings do not carry over.

    One-time offer. After you close a subscription screen without buying, the App may show, once, a yearly subscription at a lower price. It is an auto-renewing yearly subscription like the regular one; its price, and the price at which it renews, are shown before you buy.

    Single reading. A single reading is a one-time purchase that does not expire. It can be used for one dream reading, one written day, week or chart report for a person, or one two-chart comparison. It does not include Listen.

    Free trials. If a free trial is offered, its length and the price that follows it are shown before you start. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and is charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

    Prices. Prices are shown in the App before you buy, in your store's currency, and may vary by country. We may change prices; a change to a subscription's price applies from a later renewal, with the notice Apple or Google require.

    Payment and renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.

    Cancelling. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the App, or deleting your data in the App, does not cancel a subscription.

    Restoring. Purchases belong to the Apple ID or Google account they were made with. To get them back on a new phone, after reinstalling, or after "Delete everything", use Restore purchases in Settings or on the subscription screen, signed in to the same store account.

    Failed readings. If a paid reading cannot be written, the reading taken from your allowance or the single reading you spent is returned automatically.

    Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play under their refund policies. Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund you have under the law of your country.

    7. Acceptable use

    Do not misuse the App. In particular, do not:

    • reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law allows it;
    • scrape it, access it by automated means, overload it, or try to get around its limits, its purchase checks or its security;
    • use it, or what it writes, to harass, intimidate, discriminate against or deceive anyone, or for anything unlawful;
    • try to make the AI features produce unlawful or harmful content.

    8. Intellectual property

    The App, its design, texts, interpretive content and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Readings generated for you are yours to keep and to share for personal, non-commercial purposes.

    9. Availability and changes to the App

    We may change, add or remove features, and some features need a network connection and our providers to be available. We do not promise that the App will always be available or free of errors. If we remove a paid feature you have already paid for, we will make sure you are not left worse off for the period you paid for, as the law requires.

    10. Disclaimer and liability

    The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

    11. Ending your use

    You can stop using the App at any time, and delete what it keeps from Settings → Delete everything, as described in the Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel any subscription in your store account. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are seriously breached.

    12. Apple App Store terms

    If you downloaded Dreamsky from the App Store, these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App and is not responsible for claims relating to it (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use must also comply with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's usage rules. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

    13. Google Play terms

    If you downloaded Dreamsky from Google Play, your purchase is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

    14. Changes and governing law

    We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; where a change is significant we will tell you in the App before it takes effect, and continued use after that means you accept it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections, or your right to bring a claim in the courts, of the country where you live.
