- Do I need an account?
- No. Sartor works without an account or an email address. Your tokens and purchases are tied to the app on your device.
- What is the free trial?
- When you finish setting up your profile you get 3 days and 10 tokens, once. It is not a subscription and nothing is charged when it ends. When the tokens or the days run out, you can become a member or buy a pack.
- What does a token buy?
- One token makes a picture of a whole outfit — however many pieces — and you get three versions of it. One token also shows the outfit on a generated model shaped from your height and build. Changing a colour is always free, and your first 5 closet scans cost nothing.
- A picture failed. Did I lose the token?
- No. If a picture fails, the token goes back automatically. If your balance still looks wrong after a minute, close and reopen the app; it re-reads your balance from our server.
- The picture doesn't look exactly like the product.
- Pictures are made by AI and are an impression, not a guarantee. Results are best with a clear, full-length photo: one person, standing, arms slightly apart, even light, the whole body in frame. The in-app guide ("What makes a good photo") shows an example.
- How accurate are the sizes?
- Sizes are estimated from your measurements. Add your chest, waist, hips and inside leg in Profile for better advice, and always check the shop's own size chart before you buy.
- What do I get as a member?
- 100 tokens every month on the monthly or annual plan. Unused monthly tokens expire at the end of the month; tokens from packs never expire.
- How do I cancel?
- Memberships are managed by Apple: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Sartor and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. You keep your membership until the end of the period you paid for.
- I bought something on a new phone and don't see it.
- Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.
- Can I get a refund?
- Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- How do I add my own clothes?
- Wardrobe → Scan my closet, then pick photos you already have. Sartor finds the garments and cuts them out on your phone.
- How do I shop a suggestion?
- Tap an outfit, then a piece, to open the shop's page inside Sartor. Purchases are made with the shop directly.
- Why am I seeing clothes for the wrong department?
- Sartor suggests from the department you chose when you set up. Change it any time in Profile.
- Where do my photos go?
- Closet photos stay on your phone. Two things are uploaded, only when you use them: the photo you choose in order to see yourself in an outfit, and the cut-out of a garment you scan. Details are in the Privacy Policy at https://horusstudios.com/products/sartor/privacy.
- How do I delete my data?
- Profile → Delete my data. This deletes every photo and cut-out you uploaded from our servers and clears the app on your phone. Records of purchases are kept only as long as accounting law requires.
- Why does Sartor ask for my location?
- Only if you switch on Local weather. Your approximate area, rounded to about 11 km, is used to fetch the forecast so outfits suit the day. It is never sent to Sartor. You can switch it off in Profile.
- Where can I download Sartor?
- Sartor is available on the Apple App Store (iOS).

- Sartor is free to download and includes optional in-app purchases for premium features.
